Yes. Continuity is core to how the practice works. You will have a named clinician who looks after your care, with cover arrangements when they are unavailable so you are never starting from scratch.

Yes. Most follow-ups, repeat prescriptions and short triage conversations can be handled by secure video or phone with the same clinician you would see in person.

Existing patients can reach an on-call clinician via the after-hours line listed in your patient portal. For life-threatening emergencies always call your local emergency number first.
